Our dishes are prepared with an emphasis on locally sourced Slovenian ingredients. We know where our ingredients come from and that they are produced in an environmentally friendly way. We are happy to serve them in our à la carte restaurant or on our outdoor terrace.
We draw inspiration for our dishes from our local Alpine and Mediterranean-Karst surroundings, as well as from the traditions of other parts of Slovenia. The diversity of the landscape and the influences of other cultures have greatly influenced the people here and contributed to our rich culinary diversity.
