Spring restaurant week

Restaurant Week, which promotes the finest Slovenian cuisine and features the best Slovenian restaurants is almost there. Also this time, we invite you to join us in RESTAURANT TRIANGEL and reserve the table from Friday to Sunday at 1 pm, 4 pm and 7 pm and from Monday to Thursday at 4 pm and 7 pm. We are excited to welcome you!

Chef Jon Zupan's three-course tasting menu, crowned with a dessert you'll find hard to resist, includes:


MEAT MENU

  • amuse-bouche
  • Mlinarič's rozbif, tomatoes, mustard, Jerusalem artichokes, Srjan cheese, arugula, pumpkin seeds
  • bulgur, pear, cottage cheese, pomegranate, glasswort
  • smoked veal tongue, yellow polenta, pumpkin, carrot, apple, partridge herb mayonnaise, leek

FISH MENU

  • amuse-bouche
  • fish spread, marinated king prawn, tomato, cheese Srjan, arugula, pumpkin seeds, pumpkin dressing
  • bulgur, pear, cottage cheese, pomegranate, glasswort
  • trout, young cheese, spinach, celery, trout caviar, fennel

The cost of the menu is 28,00 € per person.

We suggest to accompany the menu with three glasses of selected Slovenian wines, selected by our sommeliers, at a price of 18,00 €.


DESSERT 

Kaiserschmarrn, berries, mango, strawberry, white chocolate with a glass of wine or coffee is available for an extra charge of 9,00 € per person.
