OUTSIDE THE LOCAL CULINARY FRAMEWORK

Chef Jon Zupan and his cooks will leave the borders of the Upper Sava Valley, Upper Carniola and the Julian Alps. They will look elsewhere for the inspiration and prepare slightly different dishes, still worthy of a Michelin Bib Gourmand.

23rd November at 6 p.m.

To make the evening even more interesting, each chef will join forces with the waiter to find the perfect wine to pair with the dish.

The 4-course dinner will start at 18:00 at the Restaurant Triangel.
