Upgrading our service

Progress is a slow process

Running a hotel business is a race on the long tracks. We are upgrading our service and knowledge year by year.

Improving, inventing, and keeping with the trends and standards takes a lot of dedicated work and the learning process never ends. 

To help with that, our team members from the restaurant have successfully graduated for the sommelier courses lvl 1 (Polona, Barbara, Srđan and Jan) and sommelier course lvl 2 (Matjaž T and Dragana, who is our “maître d'”). Dragana is also the mentor who takes care of students working in the restaurant, teaching them the trade and helps them make the jump from basics to a more boutique service.  

One never stops discovering new knowledge and as we all know the only constant in the universe is change.
