Green Key & Slovenia Green

Getting closer to sustainable way of spending your vacation

We are privileged for the opportunity to work in such a beautiful environment. There fore we are commited to perserve it for the generations to come.

In mid-2023 we have been awarded with the “GREEN KEY” for our continuous efforts for sustainability and taking care of our nature. For that reason, we strive to encourage you to use the sustainable ways of migrating while staying at the Triangel Boutique Hotel. So, think of walking and hiking from the hotel door instead of driving to see the magic waterfalls, endless mountain views, clean & clear rivers, lakes, springs or just enjoy the meadows. Next to the hotel is also a beautiful cycling path ready for your discovering.

We encourage you to find all the magical places of the Julian Alps and enjoy the fresh air and take inspiration from the best nature has to offer. For all those who aim to climb the highest peaks we suggest consulting at the reception if some help is needed. However consider also to hire a competent and well-informed local tourist guide or an experienced mountain guide.

With the Green Key certification, we have been invited to join the Slovenia Green accommodation & cuisine awarded by Slovenian Tourist Board for our mutual contribution for a waste free environment (waste separation) and for taking care in saving energy (water, electricity consumption).
