We provide the conditions in which successful business stories are (re)born, advance or are created

Together with you, we conceptualise, co-design and run a wide range of tailor-made business events, benefitting from the rest of the hotel's offer and the countless possibilities offered by the Zgornjesavska valley. These business events include:  

  • meetings
  • new product presentations/promotions
  • seminars and workshops
  • press conferences
  • reception events
  • training courses
  • team-building and culinary workshops
  • motivational meetings. 

The Panorama Conference Room is air-conditioned and ventilated. It offers 39.5 m² (5.45 m x 7.25 m) floorspace, and has direct access to the outdoor terrace and the hotel lounge. The following set-ups are available:

  • theatre set-up: up to 30 participants
  • school set-up: from 12 to 16 participants
  • U layout: from 14 to 16 participants
  • O layout: up to 18 participants
  • group worktables: 2 groups of 8 participants, 3 groups of 6 participants or 3 to 5 groups of 4 participants each.

In it, the following technical equipment and other features are available:

  • LED multimedia flat TV screen (190 cm diagonal)
  • HDMI connection and Apple AV adapter
  • high-speed WI-FI internet
  • flip chart 

It may happen that listeners' gaze will constantly drift from the bright and airy room to the snow-clad peaks outside. To keep them focused, the large panoramic windows can be covered or darkened at any time. 

Food & beverage services:

We will be happy to serve a selection of refreshments at the time of the gathering.

Between breaks or after the event, you are invited to the hotel's lounge or outdoor terrace. There, we will prepare a light and original snack or serve a wide variety of beverages.

Lunch and dinner are served in the hotel restaurant or on the panoramic terrace. Choose from menu suggestions prepared by our chef Jon Zupan for every season. Or alternatively, you can work with him to arrange something special.

We are most familiar with the surroundings we have lived in since childhood, so trust our judgement and that of our external partners and take part of your programme outside the hotel.
